Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a public meeting held in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, made a series of serious allegations against the Congress party. The most notable among them was the claim that the Congress has reassigned the reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBC) in Karnataka to Muslims.

He further claimed that these parties are appealing for ‘vote jihad’ against him, a term that has been a point of contention in political discussions.
