BENGALURU – In a show of solidarity, Tamil Nadu BJP chief K Annamalai joined the roadshow of Tejasvi Surya, the sitting MP and BJP candidate from Bengaluru South constituency, on Monday. The event saw a massive turnout, reflecting the popularity of both leaders in the region.

Surya, known for his dynamic leadership, expressed his gratitude to Annamalai for his support. “He has a very big fan following in Bengaluru South as he worked as the DCP here and people know him very well,” said Surya. “I thank him for taking time out to come here to support us.”

Annamalai’s tenure as the Deputy Commissioner of Police in Bengaluru South has left a lasting impression on the people, making him a beloved figure in the community. His presence in the roadshow is expected to boost Surya’s campaign significantly.

Surya also took the opportunity to criticize the Congress party’s approach to politics. “Appeasement politics and vote bank politics have cost the nation,” he said. “It is time that Congress learns its lesson or people will teach it a lesson.”

The roadshow marked a significant moment in the run-up to the elections, with the BJP leaders making a strong case for change. As the election date draws closer, the political atmosphere in Bengaluru South is charged with anticipation.

With the backing of influential leaders like Annamalai, Surya is hopeful of retaining his seat and contributing to a BJP victory in the upcoming elections. As the political landscape continues to evolve, the people of Bengaluru South are keenly watching the developments, ready to make their voices heard at the ballot box.
